By commissioning me you agree to the following;

I have the right to refuse any commission that I deem unsuitable for my style / feel unable to completeAll costs are in GBP (£) Payment is 100% required upfront via PayPal.
If for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission after payment has been recieved, a full refund will be sent
and explination providedTurn around times begin after payment has been received.No refunds are allowed after sketches / final images have been sent.

Usage

All art commissioned from me falls under the non-commercial attribution license. Which means you can
** only use it for noncommercial activities. **I retain full commercial rights, including but not limited to: prints, merchandise and portfolio galleryCommissioned art pieces will be featured on my social media pagesIf for any reason you do not want me to post them on social media, you must let me know upon commissioning meIf you want to use my artwork for commercial purposes, please email me to discuss this further.

Sketches can be provided for any artwork larger than 28x28px.Sometimes I send sketches to clarify details before further proceeding on a commission.If you would like a sketch please let me know.I highly recommend you have visual references when commissioning to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.I can work without visual references if you provide a detailed description, however this is not my preferred method.I offer express turn-around on sub / bit badges and emotes. (< 3 days) - An additonal fee is required.
